Duty of Care

Such is the importance that COTAG 4x4 Response places upon Health & Safety issues a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor has been appointed as a full member of the management committee.

COTAG 4x4 Response is the first 4x4 Response team to undertake a full Risk Assessment and construct a Safety Management Plan to UK industry standards.

A Health & Safety Policy Statement Icon for Adobe PDF file has been prepared which gives an assurance that COTAG 4x4 Response is committed to ensuring that all of its activities will be carried out without injury to personnel or public and without damage to equipment or property.

As a responsible organisation COTAG 4x4 Response will be providing crews with safety related clothing and equipment as necessary. In addition, approved training to meet the needs of the group and individual team members will be offered.

COTAG's Environmental policy states that the group and each individual team member will do their utmost to minimise damage to the environment.
